What we collect.
And what we don't.

When you submit our contact form, we store the information you provide so a human at Qore3 can reply to you. We don't use it for marketing, profiling, or analytics. We don't share it with anyone except the infrastructure providers that physically host the data on our behalf.

When you submit the contact form, we record:

• Your name and email address (so we can reply)
• Your company name, if you provide one
• The topic and message body you wrote
• The date and time of submission, in UTC
• A hashed copy of your IP address, used only for abuse prevention — we never store the raw IP
• The user-agent string sent by your browser
• The referrer URL, if your browser sent one

We don't place any tracking cookies or analytics scripts on this website.

Solely to respond to your message. The technical metadata (hashed IP, user agent) is used to detect and stop abuse of the contact form — for example, automated spam submissions.

Submissions are stored in a managed SQLite database on Cloudflare D1, hosted in the Asia-Pacific region. Cloudflare Inc. is the data processor; Qore3 is the data controller. You can read Cloudflare's data processing terms at cloudflare.com/cloudflare-customer-dpa.

We retain submissions for up to 24 months from the date you submitted them. After that, the record is permanently deleted. You can also ask us to delete your submission earlier at any time — see “Your rights” below.

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict our processing of your data

To exercise any of these, email contact@qore3.com with “Data Request” in the subject line. We reply within one business day.

If we change how we handle data, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
